Chanel Vintage Black Quilted Lambskin Vanity Case Bag with Mirror Inside
This is a stunning vintage Chanel vanity case bag in the softest black lambskin leather. It is a structured oval shape. It features a stunning tassel with a 24ct gold gilt sphere which is engraved to echo the quilting of the bag and features the CC logo. It fastens with a gold magnetic popper closure which has Chanel engraved on it. The interior has a mirror on the underside of the top. There is one interior zipped pocket. This bag does not have a serial sticker (it doesn't appear this particular style of bag came with one) but does have it's authenticity card. It can be worn on the shoulder or crossbody.
Condition: The strap on this bag was restored by The Restory. Originally it came with a flat quilted leather strap but a woven leather gold chain strap has replaced it. Some of the original strap has been retained as a protective leather strip to stop the chain digging into your shoulder which is a lovely detail. There is some creasing to the leather and scuffing around the edges of the bag which is to be expected from a vintage peice. However, the overall condition is very good.
